A Bake Off & Some Recipes

Some friends of mine are holding Mesa's first annual Summertime Bake Off on June 12th and I am stressing out. I have soooooo many good recipes I can't choose just one. I will pretty much be a baking maniac until then trying to find the PERFECT recipe to bust out at the bake off.
