Ring in the New Year with some new Portraits!

Wednesday, December 21, 2011

How about we start 2012 off right? Let's talk Mini Photography Sessions- I love them because you get a lot of bang for your buck, awesome photos to display on your walls once you take down your Christmas decorations, use them for your facebook profile, put them in your 365 scrapbooks, send them to relatives since you never got around to sending out those Christmas cards {blush}, there's so many reasons to get some new photos taken for New Years! And now, here's the perfect opportunity

My sister Eryn & I are now offering up EIGHT mini sessions each day. The sessions will be held in my parents fabulous backyard in Mesa {2332 E. Emelita Cir. Mesa, AZ 85204) with our own personal flair and props. We want some fun, festive people to come have some fun with us next Friday and get some photos taken, for just $50! Eryn goes back to Utah in January, so we will be offering more mini sessions throughout all of 2012 in both AZ and UT! Keep checking my blog for a heads up on all our holiday sessions, senior photo specials, family sessions, and more. To reserve your session, visit our website at heirloom-photo.com

First Day of a New Decade

Saturday, January 1, 2011

Some people ask if I hate getting older, and I always say No. Every year seems to keep getting better and better. This past year was a little rough, we had some family issues that took a toll on my parents, therefore on me too but I still hold strong that it was the best year yet.

I had my two little twinners, Evelyn & Georgia and our whole little family couldn't be happier with them. They are just so dang sweet. All my kids are getting bigger, which makes me sad at times but it is just amazing to see them develop into these hilarious and darling little people.

My Olivia has such a big personality. She is just as vivacious & tenacious as her mom, but as sweet as pie. There are so many things I want to teach her, I feel like the days just whiz by because she is so fun and makes every day so special.

Landy boy is a sneaky little monkey that loves to push my buttons, but I find myself laughing at his shenanigans rather than getting mad at him. He's so curious and I love to watch his little mind working to figure things out when he is playing.

Peeper Girl is becoming such a sassy little princess like her sister. She says the funniest things in her sweet high pitched voices, I wish it would never change.

Evelyn & Georgia are getting so so big, I can't believe their first birthday is coming up! They are truly the most well behaved babies, I got really really lucky.

And Braden.......well, there's not really words. I could not be more thankful for that man. The only reason this crazy little life we have works is because he has turned into my other puzzle piece, filling all the places that I lack.

So I say goodbye to the last ten years of my life, forever grateful for what it has given me; and I now look ahead to a new beginning. A new year that is filled with promise and happiness and is sure to be even better than the last.
